Il Cocco di Mamma accepts MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal as forms of payment.
Please note that Il Cocco di Mamma collects 5% sales tax on products shipped to a Massachusetts address.
All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours. If you have ordered an item that is not available or one that is back-ordered, we will contact you via email within 24 hours.
Since most purchases from Il Cocco di Mamma are gifts, we do not include the receipt with orders. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately upon placing your order.
Il Cocco di Mamma offers a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for U.S. ground service (2-7 days) on orders under $50.00. Currently, we are offering free ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $50.00. Enjoy!
We also offer U.S. Express Mail service (1-2 days) with a flat shipping
rate of $25.00.
For orders shipped to Canada, we ship via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail,
with a flat shipping rate of $8.95 on all orders!

We would like to understand the reason for your request to return an order or gift, as it will help us to continuously improve our customer care services. Depending on the circumstances, Il Cocco di Mamma will either issue a refund or exchange. Please be aware that we do not accept items that were worn or damaged due to improper usage.
Shipping on returned items is non-refundable. Please enclose your contact information and reason for the return with the product and ship to:
